How we started

John Tester, Owner/Operator

   Decorative Concrete Complete, Inc. is owned and operated by John Tester.  John’s experience with stamped and decorative concrete dates as far back as 1979 when John participated in the very first installations of stamped and decorative concrete in the greater Orlando area at Walt Disney’s Epcot Center and MGM Studios.  Millions of visitors have walked on these custom surfaces that John helped create.

       In the profession of concrete, stamped concrete installations are a world away from the average installations of concrete.  Many factors are involved for a professional installation of stamped or decorative concrete.  First and foremost are skill and experience.  Our skill and experience at Decorative Concrete Complete, Inc. makes our company “A GRADE ABOVE THE REST.”
